TERMS & CONDITIONS, SHIPPING & CUSTOMER POLICIES

1. Definitions

“SKYTRACKXPRESS”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to SKYTRACKXPRESS.

“Customer”, “you”, and “shipper” refers to any person or entity using our services.

“Package”, “shipment”, or “cargo” refers to any item transported or stored by SKYTRACKXPRESS.

“Warehouse” refers to any SKYTRACKXPRESS facility used for storage or processing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SKYTRACKXPRESS services, the customer agrees to all terms listed in this document, whether or not they have read them. These Terms govern every shipment, package, and transaction with SKYTRACKXPRESS.

SKYTRACKXPRESS reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

3. Scope of Service

SKYTRACKXPRESS provides:

• International shipping

• Customs clearance assistance

• Local delivery

• Warehouse storage

• Package consolidation

SKYTRACKXPRESS is a logistics carrier, not the manufacturer or seller of any goods.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition

• Drugs (illegal or unprescribed)

• Explosives

• Cash or currency

• Live animals

• Counterfeit goods

• Pornographic material

• Hazardous chemicals

• Stolen property

SKYTRACKXPRESS may open any package suspected of containing illegal items.

Illegal shipments will be reported to authorities.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping information

• Declaring the correct value

• Paying all duties, taxes, and fees

• Ensuring items are legal

• Collecting their package on time

SKYTRACKXPRESS is not responsible for delays caused by customs, airlines, weather, or government agencies.

6. Payment Policy

All shipping, duty, and service charges must be paid before delivery or release of any package.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Package being held

• Storage charges

• Late penalties

• Eventual forfeiture (see Section 9)

7. Storage Policy

Once a package arrives at the SKYTRACKXPRESS warehouse, the customer will be notified.

Free Storage Period

Each customer receives 3 free business days to collect their package.

After 3 business days, storage fees begin.

8. Storage & Late Penalty Fees

After the free period, SKYTRACKXPRESS charges:

Fee Per Day

Day 4 – 7

JMD $300 per day

Day 8 – 14

JMD $500 per day

Day 15+

JMD $1,000 per day

These fees apply even if the customer cannot be reached.

9. Abandoned Package Policy (14 Days)

If a package is not collected within 14 days, it is considered abandoned.

SKYTRACKXPRESS may:

• Sell the item

• Dispose of it

• Donate it

• Destroy it

No refund or compensation will be provided.

All outstanding fees remain owed.

10. Example of Late Penalties

If a package remains for 20 days:

• Days 4–7: 4 × $300 = $1,200

• Days 8–14: 7 × $500 = $3,500

• Days 15–20: 6 × $1,000 = $6,000

Total late fees: JMD $10,700

This is added to shipping and customs charges.

11. Customs Duties & Taxes

The customer is responsible for:

• Import duties

• GCT

• Customs processing fees

SKYTRACKXPRESS does not control or set these charges.

12. Package Inspection Rights

SKYTRACKXPRESS reserves the right to inspect any package for:

• Security

• Customs compliance

• Damage verification

Refusal to allow inspection voids all services.

13. Liability Limits

SKYTRACKXPRESS is not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects

• Hidden damage

• Customs seizures

• Delays

• Incorrect addresses

Maximum liability is limited to JMD $10,000 or the declared value (whichever is lower).

14. Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available.

Without insurance, the customer assumes all risk.

15. Refund Policy

Shipping and service fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed or shipped.

16. Fraud Prevention

Providing false or misleading information may result in:

• Account termination

• Package seizure

• Legal action

17. Right to Refuse Service

SKYTRACKXPRESS reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Non-payment

• Illegal activity

18. Data & Privacy

Customer data is kept confidential and shared only with customs or law enforcement when legally required.

19. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.

21. Agreement

By using SKYTRACKXPRESS, the customer agrees to all Terms and Policies listed above.
